We are looking for a
C++/Qt Developer
to lead our embedded and IoT application development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
C++
,
Qt framework
, and experience in
building scalable, high-performance software
for embedded systems. You will mentor a team of developers, design software architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of C++/Qt developers for IoT and embedded projects.
  • Design and implement software architectures for embedded systems and desktop applications.
  • Develop high-performance, modular, and maintainable C++/Qt code.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, cloud teams, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, project planning, and agile development processes.
  • Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in
    C++ development
    , preferably in embedded systems or IoT projects.
  • Strong experience with
    Qt framework
    , GUI development, and signal-slot mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with Linux, cross-platform development, and hardware interfacing.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and multithreading.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
