Sr. Executive

Position : Sr. Executive / Manager - Food & Beverage (F&B)

Knowledge & Experience required:

• 4-5 years of experience in managing food and beverage operations within premium or luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-end service-oriented organizations.
• Proven track record in preparing and implementing operational and service excellence plans, effectively managing budgets and driving operational performance.
• Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, and delivering events that meet the expectations of discerning clientele, ensuring exceptional service.
• Extensive experience in leading diverse teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across all departments.
• Strong relationship management skills, with a history of building strategic partnerships and enhancing member satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of compliance requirements, including those related to facilities management, purchasing, and hospitality operations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Develop and manage operating budgets for all food and beverages, monitoring performance to meet sales and cost goals.
• Research and evaluate new products to improve the cost/profit ratio and enhance the club's offerings.
• Oversee the ordering and receiving of supplies, ensuring proper quantities and pricing.

Staff Management & Training

• Ensure effective orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff, promoting professional development.
• Manage long-term staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage for all departments.

Operations & Service Standards

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, sanitation, energy management, and preventive maintenance standards.
• Review and implement food preparation and presentation techniques to optimize satisfaction and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Purchase department to ensure cost-effective service without compromising quality.
• Continuously refine handling procedures to reduce breakage and minimize food waste.

Menu & Product Development

• Approve menus proposed by, or in collaboration with, the Executive Chef for all events.
• Develop and implement beverage sales programs, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, and manage comprehensive drink lists for bottles, glass servings, and other alcoholic beverages.

Compliance & Legal Requirements

• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including wage, hour, and alcohol regulations.

Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in planning and approving internal and external marketing and sales promotion activities for food operations.
• Promote club functions and dining experiences creatively across dining areas and lounges.

Guest Relations & Member Engagement

• Regularly engage with guests to ensure high standards of service are maintained and address any concerns promptly.
• Resolve member and guest complaints promptly, advising the Operations Manager on corrective actions taken.
