We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Performance Testing with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience for one of our reputed IT clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across multiple enterprise-scale applications. You will work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify performance bottlenecks, assess system scalability, and ensure optimal application responsiveness under load.

The role demands strong technical expertise in LoadRunner, JMeter, and performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Grafana, along with analytical thinking to translate metrics into meaningful performance improvements. Candidates with a proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in fast-paced agile environments will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
