Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Blockchain for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The VP of Blockchain will be responsible for leading blockchain strategy and initiatives, driving innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge blockchain solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and implementation of blockchain technologies, managing a team of blockchain developers, staying updated on blockchain trends, and ensuring projects align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Blockchain, Cryptography, and Distributed Ledger Technologies.
  • Technical expertise in Smart Contracts, Decentralized Applications (dApps), and consensus algorithms.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in leading multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in research and system design specific to blockchain solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate blockchain concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of market usage and applications of blockchain technology; strategic vision to identify opportunities in various sectors.
  • Previous experience in the venture capital industry or interacting with startups is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., in Blockchain technologies) are a plus.
