Role Overview:

We are seeking a Finance Operations Associate who is eager to develop their skills in the finance industry. At Incorpx, you will gain hands-on exposure to a range of financial tasks, including assisting with tax filings, company formation, and compliance activities. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and play a key role in ensuring our clients' financial operations run smoothly and remain compliant with applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial documents and ensuring they are in line with the legal and regulatory standards.
  • Support the team in filing statutory forms, including GST, income tax, and TDS returns.
  • Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Aid in the incorporation of companies by assisting with the preparation of required legal documents.
  • Assist with post-incorporation compliance tasks, including maintaining company records and statutory registers.
  • Support the filing of necessary forms with government bodies such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and tax authorities.
  • Help maintain proper documentation related to financial transactions and statutory filings.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of finance and accounting principles in a real-world setting.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes to enhance the efficiency of client services.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB preferred).
  • A strong interest in developing a career in finance and accounting, with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with basic financial concepts and accounting principles is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other basic computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.
