As an administration intern and creative intern at IDAM - The Art and Cultural Space, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in event management, content writing, problem-solving, administrative support, management, and social media marketing. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, social media platforms, and newsletters
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative projects and events
- Provide support for day-to-day operations, including managing inventory and coordinating logistics
- Analyze data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize Google Docs to create and maintain important documents and spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners to ensure a clear and efficient workflow
