Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and clients on study, work, dependent, and tourist visa options for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Europe.
  • Handle inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Assess client profiles and provide accurate information regarding eligibility, processes, and documentation.
  • Manage application processes end-to-end: documentation, submissions, follow-ups with embassies, and updates to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, immigration policies, and international education systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions abroad for seamless processing.
  • Maintain records, update CRM systems, and achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, or Immigration background preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Visa or Overseas Education Counsellor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over spoken and written English (knowledge of regional language is a plus)
  • Familiarity with visa processes for at least two of the following countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe
  • Ability to multitask and handle client queries efficiently

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,433.06 per month
