WE HAVE VACANCY FOR MEDICAL TYPIST FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGE IN JABALPUR ( MADHYA PRADESH )

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATE WITH SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL EXPERINCE.

DUTIES:-

  • Transcribe medical reports and documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow protocols and guidelines for confidentiality and data security.
  • Maintain accurate records of transcriptions and revisions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any unclear information.
  • Provide training and support to other transcriptionists as needed.
  • Translate medical abbreviations and jargon into the appropriate long form
  • Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
