MSc Psychologist

1. Patient Assessment & Counseling

• Conduct pre-procedure psychological assessments to evaluate patient motivations, expectations, and suitability for aesthetic treatments.

2. Collaboration with Clinical Team

• Work closely with dermatologists, cosmetologists, plastic surgeons, and nutritionists to provide holistic patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and treatment planning, offering psychological perspectives.
• Train clinic staff to communicate empathetically with patients and handle emotionally sensitive situations.

3. Mental Wellness Programs

• Develop and conduct stress management, mindfulness, self-esteem enhancement, and body positivity workshops for patients.
• Contribute to the clinic's wellness packages integrating psychological and aesthetic care.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate patient records, counseling notes, and psychological assessment reports in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on patient wellness outcomes and behavioral insights for management.

5. Ethical & Professional Standards

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines in patient counseling and confidentiality.
• Stay updated with latest research in psychology, body image, and behavioral aesthetics.
• Identify signs of body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns that may affect treatment outcomes.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to help patients make informed, emotionally healthy decisions.
• Offer post-procedure emotional support to patients dealing with body image changes or adjustment concerns.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
