Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Birbhum. The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, coordinating between departments to fulfill client needs, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role also involves supporting sales efforts, preparing reports, and addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
