Shift Manager – DosBros (Ahmedabad)

Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Exempt (No Overtime)

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on
Shift Manager
to lead store operations during assigned shifts at DosBros. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Ensure guests are greeted warmly and served promptly.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Operations & Standards

  • Maintain store hygiene and comply with food safety protocols.
  • Oversee food preparation to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  • Follow proper cash-handling and store security procedures.

Team Leadership

  • Train and supervise team members on SOPs, safety, and service standards.
  • Prepare shift schedules and allocate staff effectively within budget.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Verify daily sales, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Submit daily reports and documentation as required.

Safety & Asset Protection

  • Conduct routine safety checks and ensure adherence to security policies.
  • Monitor inventory and prevent shrinkage.

Equipment Oversight

  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
  • Report any unresolved issues to the Supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Graduate (preferred).
  • Experience:
    3+ years in a managerial role within a reputed QSR brand.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication.

  • Working Hours:
    12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1 weekly off)
