Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the real estate sector/ CA firm. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance, and assisting in financial audits. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, MIS Reporting, and Real Estate Collections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance Operations


• Prepare and process sales invoices and ensure timely recording in Tally.


• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliation and follow-ups.


• Manage bank reconciliation statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.


• Maintain office expenses and ensure proper documentation of petty cash and reimbursements.


• Assist in builder firm collections and coordinate with clients for timely payments.

2. Compliance & Taxation


• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance requirements.


• Assist in tax reporting and maintain compliance records.


• Coordinate with CA firms regarding audits, expense documentation, and statutory filings.

3. Reporting & Analysis


• Generate MIS reports (cash flow, receivables, payables, tax liabilities, expense analysis).


• Support in audit preparation by ensuring all financial data and documentation are accurate and updated.


• Provide insights on collection status, tax liabilities, and expense management for management review.

4. Documentation & Record Management


• Maintain systematic records of financial documents, vouchers, and invoices.


• Ensure document control for all real estate project-related accounts and builder firm transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B. Com/M. Com preferred).


• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate / builder firm / CA Firm


• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, return filing, and bank reconciliation.


• Familiarity with real estate accounting processes and builder collections.


• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting tools).


• Good understanding of MIS reporting and tax compliance.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
