Job Overview
:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects, assist in designing user interfaces and improving user experiences, and help create visually appealing and functional designs. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to support the creation of user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Work on improving user experience by identifying and solving user pain points.
  • Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
  • Help implement feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs.
  • Help with preparing design assets and resources for development teams.

Skills & Qualifications
:

  • Education
    : Pursuing a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic Knowledge
    of design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Understanding
    of UI/UX principles, design processes, and best practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills
    : Ability to collaborate with teams and articulate design decisions.
  • Portfolio
    : A portfolio showcasing previous design work (can include personal, academic, or freelance projects).
  • Familiarity with Responsive Design
    : Basic knowledge of designing for multiple devices.
  • Attention to Detail
    : Ability to maintain consistency and clarity in design work.
  • Time Management Skills
    : Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
