Job Description : We at SLV Fortune industries are into design and manufacturing of Graphite components for automobile, jewelry, furnace manufactures etc.

The Candidates with qualification of M.E / B. Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or with Diploma Background with strong academic experience can apply for this position. Candidate must have sound knowledge in repute Cad / Cam software. He / She must have sound knowledge in modelling, drafting, assembly, machine selection and Programming with different strategies to reduce the cycle time. Knowledge in efficient tool selection, jig & fixturing a must. He/she should have good knowledge in different machining strategies to finish a Job under lesser cycle time. Programming for CNC turning center would be an added advantage.

key Responsibilities:

  1. Programming, setting (Operating on need basis) for In house 4 VMC machines

  2. Preparation & Planning with VMC programming for next 48 hrs

  3. Monitoring of machines maintenance activity (daily/ weekly / monthly) as machine utilization report for 3 – 4 VMC machines

  4. Keeping records of consumables (usages and stock maintaining) for 3 VMC machines as per checklist

  5. Follow up with Machine builders for machine PM as per AMC for 3 VMC machines

  6. Follow up with Work NC for Software PM as per AMC for 3 VMC machines

Technical Competencies:

  1. Should read and understand Engineering drawing

  2. Should have sound knowledge in VMC machine tools

  3. Should have sound knowledge in VMC programming, Setting and operating VMC machines

a. Cutting strategy selection for miniature cutters (0.10mm - 1mm)

b. Knowledge of recent cutting tools

c. Knowledge of various cutting parameters

  1. Should have basic knowledge of all type of manufacturing processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Mostly in General shift 8.30 – 6.30 PM… on Weekdays.

Experience:

  • Programming: 3 – 5 years (Preferred)
  • Total work: Above years (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
