Provide L2/L3 support for SAS applications in production and development environments.

• Monitor scheduled jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

• Maintain and enhance existing SAS programs and ETL workflows.

• Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Participate in change management, release planning, and deployment activities.

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Document support procedures, job flows, and issue resolutions.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAS Base, SAS Macros, SAS EG, and SAS DI Studio.

• Experience with SAS Grid, SAS Visual Analytics, and SAS Management Console.

• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and job scheduling tools (LSF & Control-M).

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data marts.

• Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Flexible to work in shifts and handle on-call support.
