Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and LWC)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce coding technologies and relevant JavaScript frameworks

  • Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration (user creation, roles/profiles, security setups)

  • Experience creating and customizing reports and dashboards

  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

  • Practical knowledge of platform development:

    • Apex coding best practices and limitations

    • Integration with web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL)

    • Working with Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API

    • Implementation of Flow, App Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes

  • Experience with Apex Data Loader or ETL tools (Informatica, Boomi, MuleSoft, Cast Iron)

  • Familiarity with database development (SQL/PLSQL, schemas, stored procedures) is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide multiple solutions

  • Hands-on experience in production deployment using CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, change-sets, Eclipse, ANT migration)

  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming (J2EE/.Net)

  • Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, JQuery, or other JS frameworks
