Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and data center networks.
  • Manage network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless controllers, etc.).
  • Implement and monitor network security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACLs, VPNs).
  • Ensure network performance, availability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work with vendors and ISPs to manage network services and escalations.
  • Document network designs, standards, and configurations.
  • Lead network upgrade and migration projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
  • Stay updated with new networking technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in network engineering or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent networking platforms.
  • Expertise in routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with firewalls, load balancers, and network security protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
