Uprise Together Foundation (UTF)
is seeking a motivated and organized Executive – Operations to support our growing administrative and outreach functions.

This role is vital in keeping our initiatives well-coordinated as we continue uplifting communities through education, healthcare, and career-building programs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and record management.

Maintain internal communication and coordination between the core and field teams.

Assist in planning and executing ongoing education, healthcare, and relief projects.

Support donor engagement, CSR coordination, and outreach through LinkedIn and other platforms.

Maintain calendars, organize meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.

Prepare reports, maintain project data, and ensure transparency in documentation.

Provide logistical and administrative support during events, field visits, and campaigns.

Requirements

Graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

Minimum 6 months of experience in office administration, coordination, or related roles.

Working knowledge of LinkedIn.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

A proactive, dependable, and compassionate individual who enjoys teamwork and community work.
