Job Description

You will ideate, collaborate, and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates branding, marketing automation, digital, social, and offline channels. You will deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across a variety of channels. The role reports to the Head Marketing and works closely with the growth marketing team at Zee Learn. You will be expected to drive all efforts in growth (both digital and traditional ) to help grow the network of the multiple brands of Zee Learn. The role is expected to perform and deliver the outlined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels for brands of Zee Learn viz. Kidzee, Mount Litera Zee School , Zee Institute of Creative arts and Zee Institute of Media Arts
  • Own end-to-end campaign management from briefing, targeting setup, creative coordination, to post-campaign analysis
  • Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the Lead generation strategy
  • Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy
  • Monitor digital tools, analytics, and trends to understand the target market and what, where how and why content is consumed by the customers
  • Track competitor products, pricing and other market intelligence
  • Monitor monthly volume and industry performance to generate meaningful insights
  • Works with cross-functional teams, leading marketing efforts
  • Aims at building a consumer-facing innovative culture at the organization
