Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage our Talent Acquisition and HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment strategies, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA):

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

Build a strong employer brand through strategic sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.).

Maintain and manage candidate database and recruitment metrics.

HR Operations:

Oversee HR processes including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Maintain and update employee records (HRIS/Excel-based systems).

Handle onboarding and exit formalities, employee documentation, and record keeping.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure company policies are up to date and aligned with labor laws.

Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).

6 to 10 years of proven experience in HR roles, with strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment techniques, and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, HR software/tools, and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualities

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience in handling small to mid-sized HR teams is a plus.Role & responsibilities
