Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Trivandrum. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations, managing client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include contributing to sales strategies and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
  • Sales and negotiation expertise and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic understanding of employee recognition platforms, HRMS, or related products is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software is desirable
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client engagement roles is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
