You'll take ownership of the entire player journey, ensuring that every interaction-from landing page to gameplay-is smooth, immersive, and enjoyable. What You'll
Do? End-to-End Product & Experience Design :
- Lead the design strategy across the entire BattleBucks ecosystem (landing pages, onboarding, game discovery, gameplay UI).
- Translate business goals into high-impact player experiences with a focus on usability and engagement.
- Own and evolve the BattleBucks design language, ensuring consistency across platform and games.
Design Execution :
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for both platform flows and casual games.
- Design game detail pages, player onboarding, payment flows, and other key components of the skill-based gaming experience.
- Prioritize mobile-first design with scalable systems that adapt seamlessly across multiple devices.
Branding :
- Evolve and maintain the BattleBucks brand identity across the platform and games, ensuring visual consistency, recognizability, and appeal.
- Design and define brand assets such as icons, badges, in-game elements, and UI components that reflect BattleBucks' competitive and skill-based gaming ethos.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand alignment across product design, social media, campaigns, and player communications.
- Build and document brand guidelines that ensure cohesive application of logos, typography, color schemes, and visual elements across all user touchpoints.
- Maintain a balance between trustworthiness, excitement, and innovation through the platform's visual style, tailored to the Indian skill-based gaming audience.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with product managers, game developers, and marketing teams to align on business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Guide mid-level designers and provide mentorship, feedback, and design reviews.
What We're Looking For :.
- 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on gaming products.
- Proven track record of designing end-to-end player experiences for skill-based games, casual games, or competitive gaming platforms.
- Mastery of Figma and industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of game interaction patterns, player motivations, and skill-based gaming UX best practices.
- Experience designing for mobile-first platforms, with attention to performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Ability to balance visual appeal with functional simplicity.
- Prior experience in brand development or design systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and lead design discussions.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing designers is a plus.
