Role Description
Position Summary:

Senior Business Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring that all aspects-from client interactions to project execution-are handled with precision and excellence. This role involves guiding the design team, managing client relationships, and ensuring that projects adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an exceptionally creative Product Designer who will conceptualize and develop new series of modular

interior products (kitchens, wardrobes, living, dining) in signature themes like Bohemian, Japandi, Minimal Luxe, etc.

This role demands a balance of aesthetic brilliance, technical rigor, and customer empathy, designing not just for beauty but

for everyday joy and longevity

Key Responsibilities

● Conceptualize & Design New Series: Create innovative interior product lines aligned with TTS brand themes and

market trends.

● Material & Finish Development: Research and finalize finishes, materials, colors, and textures suited for Indian

homes keeping durability, maintenance, and lifestyle needs in mind.

● Cost & Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure designs are cost-effective,

scalable, and meet margin targets without compromising quality.

● Prototype & Testing: Oversee prototyping, evaluate performance (durability, usability, aesthetic appeal), and iterate

based on feedback.

● User-Centric Design Approach: Translate user insights into functional and delightful product experiences; integrate

ergonomic, practical, and emotional aspects of design.

● Technical Detailing: Prepare complete technical drawings, production specs, and installation guidelines for each

product line.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, execution, and marketing teams to ensure seamless

integration of products into TTS projects.

● Sustainability & Warranty Strategy: Evaluate product life cycles, propose warranty strategies, and ensure materials

and processes are environmentally conscious.

Qualifications and Experience

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Product Design, or equivalent. 5+ years

of experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior systems design (experience with branded modular systems

is a plus).

● Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, fittings, and hardware commonly used in premium residential interiors.

● Solid understanding of product costing, supply chain, and production feasibility.

● Familiarity with CAD oftware, 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino), and rendering tools.

● Proven ability to design with a strong focus on user experience and practical living needs. Up-to-date with global

design trends, and able to creatively reinterpret them for local markets.

● Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholder
