3Knowledge of Automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
4In depth knowledge of PLC programing and editing.
5Knowledge on vision based inspection systems.
6Document and assist in the development of operating procedures, safety protocols, and technical manuals for Universal Robots and AGVs.
7Provide regular reports on operational efficiency, downtime, and troubleshooting efforts to management
8Collaborate with other departments to integrate automation, robotic and AGV systems into existing manufacturing or logistics workflows
9Perform regular inspections and conduct preventive maintenance on the robots and AGVs to minimize mechanical failures
10Program and adjust AGV routes and schedules based on production demands and operational requirements.
11Should be willing to work in shifts.
12Should have basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills for IT related issues.
13Participate in troubleshooting and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
14Work closely with suppliers and other CFTs to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements and to implement it.
15Efficiently meet the time line of assigned project with quality output.

17Monitor daily rejection analyze repetitive failures plan corrective & preventive actions monitor implementation & effectiveness
18Participate in daily, weekly monthly meetings & report break downs & its analysis
19Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
20Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
21Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
22Will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures that ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment
23Plan and execute Preventive maintenance plan.
24Create and apply new approaches as necessary to improve the productivity and efficiency of machines.
