Land Surveyor

Job Description :-

• Conduct Land Surveys: Conduct land surveys for agriculture land, plotting projects, and real estate sites using DGPS (Trimble) and Total Station equipment.
• Prepare Land Records: Perform Kila Pathar surveys and prepare detailed land records in line with revenue department requirements.
• Land Demarcation: Carry out land demarcation surveys and identify revenue points (Red Stone) accurately on-site.
• Prepare AutoCAD Drawings: Prepare AutoCAD drawings and survey maps from collected data.
• Verify Documentation: Verify boundary lines, existing land documents, and resolve measurement discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Coordinate with project teams, landowners, and government/revenue authorities for survey-related tasks.
• Maintain Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of survey data.
• Prepare Reports: Assist in preparation of survey reports, land measurement sheets, and layout plans.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Equipment: Hands-on experience with DGPS (Trimble), Total Station, GPS, and related survey equipment.
• Knowledge of Software: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and mapping software.
• Understanding of Survey Practices: Understanding of agriculture land survey practices, demarcation, and revenue record verification.
• Familiarity with Procedures: Familiarity with revenue department procedures, Kila Pathar, and Red Stone (Revenue Point) marking.
• Independence and Coordination: Ability to work independently on field surveys and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying / GIS

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
