Computer teacher

SkillDrills Institute is looking for a dedicated and passionate Basic Computer Trainer to join our team. We seek an experienced and confident individual with at least 1 year of teaching experience, who is capable of providing high-quality, engaging computer training. The role primarily involves teaching foundational computer skills, including operating system basics, MS Office applications, and internet skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Develop and deliver interactive lessons covering essential computer skills such as MS-Paint, Notepad, WordPad, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and internet navigation.
• Adapt training materials to cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
• Create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment to ensure students remain engaged and motivated throughout the course.
• Skill Development:
• Help students develop core skills such as typing, file management, and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions to ensure learners gain real-world computer skills.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical tasks.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve and build confidence in their abilities.
• Support and Guidance:
• Offer one-on-one support to students who require extra help or have specific challenges.
• Create an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment to motivate students to succeed.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in basic computer skills and educational technology.
• Engage in professional development programs to improve teaching techniques and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Basic Computer Trainer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach diverse learners effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and the MS Office suite.
• A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others through technology.
• Ability to engage students and foster an interactive and positive learning environment.
