You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end finance operations, from budgeting and forecasting to P&L ownership across manufacturing, services, and network functions. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of AOP
- Track budget vs actuals with communication of key metrics
- Defining process and controlling manufacturing PnL
- Defining process and controlling service PnL.
- Defining process and controlling Network PnL.
- Perform full charge bookkeeping, including month and year end closures.
- Lead FPNA across departments
Required Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing and Ops finance setup.
- Self-motivated and ethical, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, since CFT and leadership communication would be key in the role.
- Proficient in accounting software and able to handle diverse tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
Qualifications
- CA, CMA
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, ops finance, FPNA, with proficiency in ERP.
