The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals. This role involves designing graphics for digital and print media, editing promotional and product videos, and producing high-quality creative assets for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing

  • Edit promotional videos, product showcases, advertisements, and social media reels.
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize storyboards and scripts.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and formats.
  • Manage video shooting coordination, lighting setup, and basic camera operations when required.

2. Graphic Design

  • Design creative materials such as banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and packaging.
  • Create social media posts, website visuals, email templates, and ad creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication channels.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

3. Creative Development

  • Conceptualize and execute visual ideas that attract target audiences.
  • Stay updated with design trends, social media styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing campaigns.

4. File Management & Delivery

  • Manage and organize design assets, raw footage, and project files efficiently.
  • Deliver final outputs in the correct formats, quality, and deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to copyright and licensing requirements for fonts, music, and images.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
  • Design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (optional).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience in social media content creation and branding preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and camera handling is an advantage.
