Essential Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT hands-on application development is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter 8.0 or higher is required.
  • Experience in Configuration and Integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter 9.0 or higher is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of hand on experience with SQL (SQL server/Oracle/DB2) and No SQL related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design.
  • Good knowledge of researching and preparing detailed functional specifications.
  • Good knowledge of estimating, planning and tracking development tasks.
  • Requires prior expertise with debugging production issues and fixing production issues.
  • In depth hands-on experience with continuous integration practices, processes and tools (Jenkins, JUNIT, GitLab).
  • Proficient in writing configurable, maintainable and testable code in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Requires prior expertise with identifying application performance bottlenecks and fixing application issues.
