Job Description:On Site coordination work in a 24x7 support team across USA Mexico and India working in shiftsHandle alerts incident management and service ownership for Broadcast Satellite Environment For local and national live video and ads services across Broadcast Satellite OTT and IPTVMonitor the Control of the Video Broadcast environment for Satellite and OTT Content deliveryIncident management Monitor for Automated Manual alerts escalation of incidents both internally and externally to ensure their timely resolutionManage and implement Change activities including Pre and post validationsKnowledge Management create and manage documentation SOP MOPOutage management of Services and resolutionBridge Management and Internal External Vendor stakeholders for Issue resolutionKey Responsibilities:Experience in Media Video domain Knowledge of video processing components Broadcast and Streaming operationsGood understanding of how video streaming worksExperience in configuring Video Streaming devices like Encoders Packagers etcProven experience in monitoring control of broadcast environments for Satellite based content deliveryTechnical proficiency in using and enhancing monitoring tools dashboards and navigation of tools such as ServiceNow Dataminer Moogsoft KPI Dashboards Grafana New Relic Raptor Prometheus Splunk Elk Ineoquest Harmonic VOS to analyze and identify faultsExperience with scripting languages such as SQL python and UNIX shell scriptsStrong knowledge of incident management including monitoring automated manual alerts triaging issues and applying appropriate remediation through SOP sDemonstrated ability to handle outage management and drive the resolution of service disruptionsExpertise in managing and implementing change activities including pre and post change validationsExperience with bridge management and effective communication with internal external and vendor stakeholders for issue resolutionAbility to oversee the escalation of incidents ensuring timely resolution both internally and externallyExperience in alert management recovery incident management and service ownership specifically for Satellite Broadcast DBS applicationProven track record of collaborating with engineering and development teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for automation improvementsWork with team to implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service reliabilityAbility to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environmentGood communication skillsPreferred Skills:Technology->Media->Settop Box, DVB,Technology->Media->Video Streaming
