We are a fast-growing creative organization seeking a
Graphic Designer & Video Editor
to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh talent (0–2 years experience) with a passion for visual storytelling, digital design, and video production. You'll get the chance to work on diverse projects, sharpen your skills, and grow in a professional, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver visual assets including banners, thumbnails, infographics, layouts, and social media creatives.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage, voiceovers, and recordings into polished, professional video content.
  • Create and apply motion graphics, intros/outros, transitions, and visual effects to elevate video storytelling.
  • Develop content optimized for digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.
  • Perform color correction, sound editing, and quality enhancements for consistency and professionalism.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, editing workflows, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills & Tools

Graphic Design:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Canva / Figma (for quick designs & UI/UX elements)

Video Editing:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
  • CapCut / Filmora (short-form content)

Motion Graphics & Animation:

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Blender (basic 3D – added advantage)

Other Useful Tools:

  • Adobe Audition (sound editing)
  • AI-based tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.) – familiarity preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships/projects count).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
