2 rounds of interview: HR screening & Manager round.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to resolve pending or denied medical claims.

Review and analyze claims that have not been paid or have been denied.

Follow up with insurance payers for claim status and expedite payments.

Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), denial codes, and remittance advice.

take necessary follow-up actions such as appeals, re-submissions, or corrections.

Document all calls, actions taken, and outcomes accurately in the billing software/system.

Identify and escalate complex issues or trends affecting reimbursement.

Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as defined by the company.

Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and QA teams for claim resolution.

Stay updated on changes in insurance and billing guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.

Stay updated on ICD-10, CPT codes, and changes in insurance and regulatory policies.
