• Assisting the doctors on rounds; carrying out physicians' orders.

 
• Maintains ward inventory as per the register

 
• Maintains proper Handover & take over process

 
• Assess the clinical condition of the assigned Patient and provide care 


• Assess the needs of Patient and make care plan and provide care according to Priority

.
• Carry out all Nursing care activities and document it appropriately

 
• Maintains service booking and write the order number in the billing chart 


• She/he will also carry out  bellow activities:  Admission & Discharge Process  Pharmacy Indents  Referrals  Lab Investigations  Service Booking

 
• Sending instruments and accessories to CSSD.
• Any delay or Problem Regarding Patient Care or Procedure will be communicated urgently with in charge nurse and nurse manager.


• Strictly follows the aseptic techniques

 
• Ensuring for strict covid protocols while taking care of positive patients

 
• Maintaining and updating nurses' notes and other charts and registers.

 
• Providing counselling and psychological support to patients.

 
• Preparing the room for patient arrivals, keeping the ward neat and safe.
