We are looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY, where you will play a key role in crafting innovative cocktails and contributing to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a creative approach to beverage creation.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and recipes to enhance the hotel's bar offerings.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and refreshing beverages that complement the menu.
  • Conduct research on new trends and techniques in mixology to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Train and guide junior staff members on mixing techniques and ingredient knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all beverages served.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various types of spirits, including their characteristics and uses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and consistency in all aspects of work.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
