JD for Frontend:

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and Execute Technology Strategy:
  Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap to meet current and future business goals.
• Architectural Leadership:
  Make critical frontend architectural decisions, set technical standards, and ensure scalable and secure system designs.
• Team Management:
  Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Operational Oversight:
  Work closely with CTO for designing and developing the overall architecture for system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across the organization.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with various stakeholders such as product, UI/UX designer, backend teams to ensure technology initiatives align with the company's strategic vision and goals.
• Technology Investments:
  Make informed decisions about resource allocation, technology investments, and emerging technology trends in frontend.
• Agile Practices:
  Champion agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of products and features.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a good recognized institute.
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience, with significant experience working in consumer internet companies.
• Demonstrated track record of leading frontend engineering teams and successfully delivering complex technical projects.
• Deep expertise in modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and microservices frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in system design, architecture, and building scalable, secure systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with hands-on experience in
  TypeScript

• Strong background in building and scaling frontend
  React(Redux), HTML5, and CSS3

  ootstrap

• Exposure in
  MongoDB

  other modern database technologies.

  experience designing distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of
