Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located in Agra. The incumbent will manage daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to service standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service activities, maintaining inventory, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between the kitchen and service staff to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively and ensure service excellence
  • Proficiency in maintaining and executing food and beverage service standards
  • Experience in providing exceptional food service and maintaining high-quality operations
  • Customer service and communication skills to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Attention to detail, teamwork ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or food & beverage operations are a plus
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
