Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Recruitment Specialist specializing in NBFC/Wealth. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, and helping onboard new hires for our clients. The role also involves training new employees and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in hiring for NBFC or Wealth Management firms OR 2+ years experience in client facing business roles in NBFCs/ Wealth Management firms.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • NISM certification is preferred

Work environment

  • Flexibility in terms of work from office and and hybrid work.
