Position Summary
Promote and sell the company's products in a competitive environment to meet Company and Individual targets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Increase the sales results by developing an overall sales strategy for our existing product group, namely furniture components.
- Responsible for OEM and Dealer Business.
- Regular relationship development with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Designers, and customers.
- Detailed technical presentations & discussions with customers, preparing proposals, cost estimations, and quotations.
- Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows and events.
- Develop, implement, and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their business, buying patterns, industry standards, technical requirements, etc.
- Responsible for servicing existing customers & new market development.
- Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools.
- Ensuring timely collection of Sales Tax statutory forms from Customers.
- Leading a team of sales executives or Area sales managers.
- Knowledge of respective Territory.
- Handling and settlement of claims.
- Awareness of industry, market & legislative drivers the processes are maintained.
- Maintain customers and their competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats profile.
- Closely working with Channel partners, OEMs & Influencers to develop sales.
- Implementing marketing strategies in the area.
- Increase primary & secondary sales, closely working with Dealers/distributors.
- Maintaining good relations with OEMs and meeting influencers regularly to build strong bonds.
Qualification
Any Graduate, MBA preferred
Experience
05 to 10 years in a similar Industry (Hardware | Laminate | Boards | Adhesive)
