Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office coordination, communication with clients and vendors, and record-keeping.
- Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and preparing job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and manage office supplies inventory.
- Provide support to senior management on various projects related to HR activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or human resources role within a small business environment (SME).
- B.Com degree from any specialization; graduation is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
