Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Informatica Migration Lead – PowerCenter to IDMC
We are seeking a seasoned Informatica professional to lead the migration of legacy ETL workflows from PowerCenter to Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic planning, and team leadership to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-native data integration.
Responsibilities

•    Lead end-to-end migration strategy from PowerCenter to IDMC (CDI/CAI)

•    Architect scalable cloud based ETL/ELT solutions

•    Guide and mentor, a team of developers through migration phases

•    Conduct impact analysis, risk assessments, and performance tuning

•    Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and business stakeholders.

•    Define best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.

•    Oversee scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration of workflows.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with long-term fixes.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Informatica PowerCenter and in IDMC

•    Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS)

•    Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar databases

•    Hands-on with Control-M or similar scheduling tools

•    Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred skills

•    Certifications in Informatica Cloud or Data Engineering

•    Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
