About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital

marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience with CleverTap or similar engagement platforms, along with a proven ability to drive

user acquisition, retention, and ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads,

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and affiliate channels.


• Define clear KPIs and performance goals to drive conversions and engagement.


• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI and ROAS.


• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and

CleverTap dashboards.


• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversions, and retention.


• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and push campaigns.


• Utilize CleverTap for user segmentation, engagement, and retention campaigns.


• Build and automate customer journeys (onboarding, reactivation, abandoned cart).


• Analyze behavioral data to trigger personalized notifications, in-app messages, and emails.


• Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to align digital marketing goals with

business objectives.

Key Requirements


• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce, travel, or consumer

tech).


• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM automation.


• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage is mandatory.


• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.


• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
