About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with multidisciplinary expertise in Structural, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation design to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings, performing calculations, and ensuring designs meet applicable codes, safety, and client requirements for industrial, solar, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Structural & Civil Design

  • Prepare structural and civil layouts, GA drawings, and foundation designs.
  • Perform load calculations, design of steel and RCC structures, and member sizing.
  • Develop fabrication and erection drawings for structures, supports, and foundations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, standards, and best engineering practices.
  • Coordinate with site teams for feasibility, constructability, and as-built updates.

Electrical & Instrumentation Design

  • Design electrical layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), cable routing, and load schedules.
  • Prepare BOQs, panel drawings, earthing, and lighting designs as per project requirements.
  • Design and specify instrumentation systems including sensors, transmitters, and control panels.
  • Ensure designs comply with safety, statutory, and client-specific standards.
  • Project Coordination & Documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, civil, and electrical designs.
  • Review vendor drawings, perform technical evaluations, and support procurement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, drawings, and revisions.
  • Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.E. / B.Tech, Mtech , ITI draftman in Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience: 2–8 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered).

Technical Skills:

  • AutoCAD, STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 (for structural design)
  • Revit / SketchUp (preferred)
  • EPLAN / ETAP / Dialux / MS Office (for electrical design)
  • Knowledge of Standards: IS, IEC, IEEE, NBC, and other relevant design codes.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
  • Preferred Industry Background

  • Infrastructure or commercial building projects
