Work you'll do

The primary role of a Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients' competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Consultant within the firm:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP GTS and SAP BIS/BPS solutions to ensure compliance with global trade and business processes.
• Drive the design, configuration, and customization of SAP GTS modules (Customs Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, Trade Preference) and SAP BIS/BPS components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver integrated trade and business process solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance for SAP GTS and BIS/BPS projects.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
• Oversee integration of SAP GTS and BIS/BPS with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and other third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops, client engagements, and status reporting, acting as a trusted advisor for SAP GTS and BIS/BPS topics.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to build team expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization, compliance adherence, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.

Required Skills:

• 5–9 years of extensive experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP BIS/BPS implementations and support.
• Strong expertise in global trade compliance, customs procedures, and business integration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules and SAP BIS/BPS configuration and development.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and landscape management.
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
