The Executive Assistant cum Office Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and manage various office tasks to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Duties:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Email Management: Handle and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and send professional communications on behalf of executives.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Document Management: Maintain confidential files, records, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Project Assistance: Assist in coordinating and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Research & Reports: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Freshers can apply.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Canvaa/Zoom/Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, copiers) and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Personal Traits:
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
