Job location is Banjara hills, Hyderabad
Our client is a promising Independent power producer and has sanctioned 16 mw of wind projects with 100mw projects in pipeline.
The position will oversee to help further develop the business in the areas of Real Estate, Power and other
fields. To assist in new proposals, make presentations and project reports, to liaise with Govt institutions
and other financial institutions.
The position reports into the CEO and will oversee building, implementing, and overseeing all of the firm's systems,processes, workflows, and procedures. The position directs and advises on the operations of all divisions of the organization, monitors the performance and reporting, and compliance of all the divisions.

Job Responsibilities:


Working closely with the CEO, formulate, implement, monitor and evaluate strategic, institutional
initiatives and projects of an immediate-, medium- or long-term nature.
2. Set clear goals and expectations from the team and standardize benchmarks for performance review.
3. To work closely with senior management within the organisation on performance management and
oversee design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, advocacy and delivery
4. Help the CEO anticipate issues, concerns, and risks across all the matters.
5. Work seamlessly with office staff and vendors at all levels to ensure excellent coordination,
collaboration, and communication with them.
6. Maintain complete confidentiality of all information and communication.
7. Perform other functions as assigned by the CEO.

Candidate Attributes:


Masters Degree in Business Management
15+ years of exceptional experience at leadership level in Multi-lateral/ Bilateral organizations.
Proven Leadership and Management skills to oversee a firm, Possesses a passion to drive the motive
of team members and clients, Strong process and planning orientation.
Experience in planning and leading high impact businesses in emerging nations and working with
the Central/State Governments.
Watch over the political and business environment to improve business while occasionally
negotiating and problem-solving with vendors and contractors.
Able to work extended hours and on weekends to keep up with the pace of activities, travel
schedules, unforeseen work, and urgent deliverables.
Strong project management skills, able to multitask, excellent working knowledge of IT, digital
platforms.
