Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Google Ads Expert with experience in team management to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in creating, optimizing, and managing Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI and drive targeted traffic.

  2. Keyword Research & Strategy Development: Conduct keyword research and develop strategies that drive conversions and increase campaign performance.

  3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Google Ads specialists, ensuring optimal performance and continuous skill development.

  4. Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets, adjust bids, and monitor spending to ensure better ROI.

  5. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization.

  6. Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and design creative elements that align with landing pages to boost conversion rates.

  7. Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest trends in Google Ads and adjust campaigns to comply with the latest policy changes.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-4 years of proven experience in Google Ads, with hands-on expertise in campaign management, keyword research, and optimization.

  2. Must have experience in team management to lead and guide a team towards achieving campaign goals.

  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and implement data-driven decisions.

  4. Solid understanding of budget management and ROI optimization techniques.

  5. Ability to generate detailed performance reports and use insights to enhance future campaigns.

  6. A background in marketing or a related field is preferred.
