We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Centre Head to lead our Hyderabad centre with excellence, warmth, and professionalism.

Role Overview

The Centre Head will be responsible for the overall management of the preschool—academic quality, centre operations, team leadership, parent relationships, and business growth. This role suits someone who thrives in a child-centric environment and can drive both educational excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

  • Ensure effective implementation of the Kangaroo Kids international curriculum.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom execution and child development.
  • Monitor learning outcomes and ensure age-appropriate progress.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee the centre's daily functioning, schedules, safety norms, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and early-childhood best practices.
  • Manage administrative tasks, records, audits, and internal reporting.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and train teachers and support staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Ensure continuous professional development for staff.

Parent Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all parent communication.
  • Conduct meetings, orientations, open houses, and events.
  • Build trust through transparency, empathy, and timely problem resolution.

Business Development

  • Drive admissions through marketing initiatives and community engagement.
  • Achieve enrolment targets and maintain high retention rates.
  • Uphold brand reputation and maintain a welcoming environment for families.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education/ECCE/Management preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience in preschool/school administration or early childhood roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Warm personality with a genuine love for children.
  • Ability to independently manage operations and lead a team.
  • Experience with parent communication and centre growth is a plus.

Salary
