SFS School, Narengi is seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to serve as TGT Assamese. The role requires strong subject expertise and the ability to teach Assamese language and literature with clarity, ensuring students develop linguistic proficiency, cultural appreciation, and analytical skills. Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate in Assamese (mandatory)
  • B.Ed. is mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience at the secondary level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Assamese language and literature lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for middle and secondary classes.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Encourage reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through creative classroom activities.
  • Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and readiness for examinations.
  • Provide academic support to students requiring additional guidance.
  • Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to report card preparation.
  • Foster an appreciation for Assamese language, literature, and culture among students.
  • Actively participate in school events, meetings, and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum enhancement.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
