About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Content Creator who can produce engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong English skills, a deep understanding of social media management, digital marketing, and possess a genuine influencer mindset with a flair for building and engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality digital content (posts, videos, stories, reels, blogs, etc.) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the companys online presence through consistent branding and storytelling.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with digital marketing campaigns and brand goals.
  • Monitor analytics and insights to evaluate content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Represent the brand as a digital influencer engaging with the audience authentically and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream or in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid campaigns, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Confident personality with a camera-friendly presence and ability to engage audiences.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience as a social media influencer or brand ambassador.
  • Portfolio or links to previous work (videos, posts, blogs, or campaigns).
