Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting automated testing on our software applications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES

ï‚· Develop and update scripts to automate testing processes, ensuring they are both efficient and effective.
ï‚· Identify, analyze, and meticulously document test results.
ï‚· Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies.
ï‚· Verify that software applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
ï‚· Perform thorough post-release and post-implementation testing.
ï‚· Participate in troubleshooting and triaging issues with various teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
ï‚· Confirm and validate identified defects.
ï‚· Continuously maintain and improve the automated scripts
and framework.
ï‚· Regularly assess and implement new tools and technologies
to enhance testing efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
ï‚· Hands-on experience of less than 1.5 years as an Automation Test Engineer.
ï‚· Basic Python programming knowledge and hands-on experience.
ï‚· Familiarity with testing concepts and process management.
ï‚· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ï‚· BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
DESIRED:
ï‚· Domain knowledge in Positive Train Control or Locomotive domain.
ï‚· Good understanding of IBM test management tools.
ï‚· Exposure to Eclipse/PyCharm.
